We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. To complete your order, add items to your shopping bag, proceed to checkout, review any applicable costs, confirm your delivery address, select your payment method, and click “Pay.” Payment is charged only after the order is finalized, not when the item is shipped.

Shipping fees are paid during checkout, and SBS partners with reliable couriers to ensure secure delivery. If you miss a delivery, the courier will contact you with options to reschedule. You can edit your delivery address during checkout or coordinate changes with the courier after placing the order. Deliveries typically take 6–10 days, and tracking updates are available via email or in your app under “Order Tracking.” Sellers must hand over orders to the courier within 48 hours of acceptance.

All items purchased with authentication undergo a thorough inspection at our fulfillment hub to ensure peace of mind. If you suspect your item is counterfeit, we take this matter seriously. Items verified by us can be returned with credible evidence from an authorized authentication company.

If the delivered item significantly differs from its description, you can report the issue within 48 hours of delivery. Use the app to navigate to “Purchased Items,” select the relevant order, and click “Report an Issue.”

For any issues with your order, such as discrepancies upon delivery, report them within 48 hours. If no report is submitted, we will assume everything is satisfactory.

Orders can be canceled via the app before the seller confirms the sale. After confirmation, cancellations are no longer possible.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 working days, although this may vary depending on the payment provider. For incomplete refunds, please contact support@SBS.com for assistance.

If your return request is approved, our customer care team will cancel the sale, and a delivery agent will contact you to arrange item collection.

Once the seller confirms your order, it will be collected by a courier and sent to our fulfillment hub for authentication and quality checks before shipping. The process typically takes 6–10 working days. If the item fails authentication or cannot be collected, you will receive a full refund.
